Who's eligible

• Residential clients in the BC Hydro and/or FortisBC service territory.
• Electricity or natural gas could be the primary home heating gas for residence.
• Houses will need to have at least 12 months energy payment record.
• Residential dwellings, including single-family detached domiciles, duplexes, line homes, townhouses, or mobile domiciles on a permanent foundation
